Manuscripts
must be submitted on diskette or CD ROM as a Microsoft Word file,
accompanied by two hard copies and a short biography of the author.
Manuscripts submitted should be in English, with the exception
of editions of texts in classical Armenian, which must be accompanied
by an English translation. Armenian citations should be submitted
using the St. Nersess font, available on request. Armenian words
or short phrases may be presented in Roman transliteration, according
to the Huebschmann-Meillet-Benveniste or Library of Congress systems.
Materials in other languages should be rendered into English,
and a copy of the original text included. Only unpublished subject
matter not under consideration for publication elsewhere will
be accepted for inclusion in the SNTR. It is the responsibility
of the author to obtain permission to publish any material under
copyright. All manuscripts submitted for publication will be refereed.
Contributors will receive twenty-five offprints of their article.
St. Nersess Armenian Seminary retains copyrights of all published
material.
