Khajag Barsamian, Primate of the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church of America and President of the Board of Directors of St. Nersess Seminary paid a visit to the Seminary on Tuesday, October 3. Each year the Archbishop visits the seminarians early in the new academic year.
Present with the seminarians were the faculty members and Fr. Karekin Kasparian, Assistant Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Srpazan joined the seminary community for their regular evening prayer (Yeregoyan Zham) in the chapel, followed by dinner. A lively discussion with the Primate followed, which touched on such diverse topics as authority in the Armenian Church and the challenge of attracting young people into the life of the church today. Srpazan also spoke candidly about his own spiritual life
