This method was particularly comforting for our students during Holy Week. Bishop Daniel Findikyan was present online and officiated during the Crucifixion Service on Great and Holy Friday.
The seminarians are dressed in their verargoo (cassock) during these remote services. "We understand this is less than ideal, but it's important to use tools we have so that we can continue praying as a community. Our ultimate goal is to unite in prayer with God and with one another. Holy Communion is not limited by geographical distance or isolation," commented Dn. Eric.
During this surreal time, our students continue to take their Spring semester courses at St. Nersess and St. Vladimir's Seminaries remotely. Although our students are not physically present, both academic institutions remain fully active and are providing a normal daily schedule through online platforms.
