O Mother of God, heavenly Gate,
With a divine voice the angel proclaimed, “Rejoice, O favored one, the Lord is with you.” Enthroned by the cherubim with the Father, He was was pleased to dwell incorruptibly in your womb. Rejoice, O favored one, the Lord is with you. The One surrounded and protected by the flaming seraphim Today was revealed in the midst of mankind, in [your] earthly bosom.
